Recovery!!
I met Tamara at the gym on Friday morning @ 4:30 AM that is right you read this correctly 4:30 AM!!! I worked so hard I wanted to VOMIT!! in the GYM I was very embarrassed Tamara went and got me a protein shake to drink....(THANKS TAMARA) I felt SICK and was feeling like if this is what it is going to take to be thin I don't know if I want to partake...IT WAS A ROUGH MORNING!!! I had sore legs all weekend long and was wondering if I would be able to workout ever again! Well I recovered and went back for more this morning~! TAMARA is such a great inspiration! I am soooooooooo greatful for her in my life and once again I owe this all to Jenn and Clint! These two seem to always know what I need and guide me to happiness!!! THANKS SO MUCH!!!
I have not measured or weighed and I will shortly!!!! I am still a little scale shy!
so to EVERYONE THAT READS this I want you to have a least 2 glasses of water and do 12 crunches by the end of today!

I FOUND THE SECRET!!!
So protein pancakes have been a little tough for me to choke down..Today I added some Cinnamon to them and WOW what a differance! They are much better!!! I have officially been at for four weeks now! I am feeling better but also it is a slow process. I want huge results fast I KNOW that is not possible it is just wishful thinking!

OOOO MONDAYS!!!
I had to REALLY TALK MYSELF into going to the gym today! I was Tired and VERY UNMOTIVATED!!! I got up and went and am glad I did. Yesterday was a MAJOR CHEAT DAY!!! I got up ate protien pancakes got ready went to LaGoon with the kids and Dustin had a 4th of a foot long sandwich handful of chips 3 liters of water then I went and ate at Dustin's mom's had some pasta salad, SHRIMP DIP!! and chips and a ham sandwich. YIKES!! It was Easter so chalk one up right!
Breakfast is really hard for me I am having a rough time with eggs and protein pancakes. THEY ARE WAY TO EGGY FOR MY LIKING Tamara gave me other options. I am just going to stick to the original plan......that means my options are not any better! LOL

Strep and weekends!
Ok so I have strep throat again for the 2nd time in 30 days. First time since my life style improvement. I was really sick my throat made it difficult to feel hungry or swallow. I called Tamara she gave me some meal ideas to keep going. I am also finding weekends extremly difficult to stay on track!
I was proud of myself I went to bunco and refrained from the meal!!! I can get with a group and do well about planning my meals and staying on track. THE WEEKENDS I NEED TO GET BETTER AT!!!!

SHamE ShaMe
SOOOO I was entirely to busy on Saturday. I had to go to a client and present an offer at 9 am no problem right WRONG!!! I didn't get home until 11:15 then I had to rush to Herriman for a family meeting and they had Clam chowder and Veggies I WAS STARVING so I had a small bowl of soup and some veggies then went to my sister to get my kids and she informed me I was staying the night and she had chicken and veggies for me to eat. WELL we were suppose to get up and go home..... that did not happen we went to get diapers and formula for Jaylan because we decided to go to the movie well once agian I was hungry nothing prepared so we went to Panda Express I got a meal and shared with my kids I was full sooner than expected, then we go to the movie so I was like well I already screwed up might as well have some popcorn......I did only have 3 handfuls...... YIKES!!! SO Monday morning I started fresh went to the gym and ate my intened meals....
Lesson 1.... ALWAYS BE PREPARED

I have been at it for one week!!
Yesterday was my one week mark. I am too scared to get on the scale so I will be waiting a couple weeks. I want to keep the motivation I have and the scale would haunt me. I am eating my meals and working my body. I feel different, not like the other countless times I have "tried" to lose weight. THIS TIME I AM CHANGING HABITS AND MY LIFE STYLE!!! My clothes (pants) are feeling loose in the hips which is WONDERFUL. I talked to Tamara and she asked me what she could do to help me reward myself. I just want results!! I haven't had a cheat meal. Cheat meals are the reason I look the way I do. They say one won't hurt I say LOOK AT THE ONES that took drugs one time and now are hooked and WHO CAN EAT JUST ONE COOKIE LOL !!! I know that is a radical way to look at it thatis how I am feeling right now about the foods I use to eat...... TO BIG OF A TEMPTATION so I am avoiding cheat meals at the moment!

WOW WOW WOW
I just got back form a pumpx class at LADY FITNESS and it was AMAZING I hurt form my head to my toes afterward I cycled for some extra cardio.
Last night I had random thoughts of was this all really worth it? It is the first time I have questioned what I am doing. As I began the thought process as I was relaxing to sleep I saw bright lights and firework type motion in my head. With every BOOM sparkle BOOM BOOM I would get a burst of energy I KNOW I AM AT THE RIGHT TIME IN MY LIFE FOR THIS JOURNEY.
Dustin looked at me last night grabbed my arms and said "I probably won't notice a difference for awhile since I see you everyday". I responded " How do you think I got this fat"? Everyday leads to the next My days are starting strong and I become stronger everyday. WATCH OUT BECAUSE I AM COMING YOUR WAY!!!!
